After dedicating three decades to teaching, Karen has recently retired and is embracing the pursuit of an encore career. She is once again navigating the halls of post-secondary while doing her doctorate while supply teaching for EPSB and contributing as an active member of the Alberta Learning Commons Council executive. Her enduring passion for school libraries, cutting-edge technologies (including AI), and teacher well-being fuels her endeavors.
