Amanda Long is a middle school teacher and the First Vice-President of the Coquitlam Teachers' Association. She started the B.C. Early Career Teachers' Association, a Provincial Specialist Association within the BCTF and is passionate about mentorship and supporting new teachers. She is also a student in the SFU Master's Program in Educational Leadership focusing on improving dialogue in public education.
