uLead 2017

In the U.K. we have a Recruitment crisis in the teaching profession. In fact it is also a Retention crisis. The Department for Education are funding 80 leadership programmes to develop aspiring leasers from under-represented groups. Hannah is leading 3 of these programmes - 1 for #WomenEd leaders and 2 for #BAMEed leaders (Black Asian Minority Ethnicities). Hardly any of the projects are looking at sexuality, disability or religion. How can we work together across the system to recruit, retain & develop Diverse Leaders?
