This Alberta Education funded study is designed to provide the Ministry and education stakeholders with
·      an independent, objective review of the provincial TGSE Policy in Alberta school authorities and of related TGSE polices at the school authority level;
·      recommendations on how the provincial TGSE policy can best be aligned with proposed revisions to the TQS;
·      recommendations on how best to support implementation of any recommended changes to the TGSE; and
·      recommendations on the degree to which the TGSE model for growth, supervision and evaluation should inform related policy related to growth, supervision and evaluation of principals, school jurisdiction leaders and superintendents.
