It’s no longer a secret! HOW ARE OUR HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION RATES SO HIGH? Archbishop O’Leary High School is a diverse school of 1,650 students located in Northeast Edmonton, Alberta. We are culturally diverse, economically diverse, and diverse in student ability. So how do we do it? Teamwork, Community Building, a Nurturing and a Flexible environment. A team of O’Leary staff members is excited to present the puzzle pieces that equate to student success. Our innovative approach will be shared with you at this session. You will see and hear about our Success Centre and how we use it to help students be successful.

Chris Cicchini is a teacher, counselor and a Registered Psychologist in the province of Alberta. His focus on creating a space within the school setting to support students by creating a space designed to provide wrap around services and meet the needs for all. The creation of the Success Centre meets the needs of all students, academic and non-academic and staff members.
