This presentation will provide evidence of the positive impact of leadership and school improvement projects in over one hundred school sites in Alberta and New South Wales. Based on a collaborative inquiry methodology, these projects have engaged district leaders, school leaders and university faculty in purposeful and sustained collaborations that have enhanced critical measures of leadership growth, teacher efficacy and student performance.
