Principals and Assistant Principals in schools are responsible for ensuring high quality learning environments while developing capacity in others. This can be challenging when transitioning from a leadership role in one school to a leadership role in another. This session will focus on effective transitioning for school leaders and include strategies for leaders changing sites as well as leaders supporting the transition of a leader into a new site.
