Come to hear the story of what it's like to be a family living and coping with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Tamara and Jeff Spady are both educational leaders and advocates who want to dispel some of the myths and stigmas of OCD and to give you a chance to understand what's it's like to have this disorder and what it's like to live with a person with this disorder. Find out some strategies to help students and staff members dealing with mental illness and what they are experiencing in their everyday world.

Jeff Spady is a principal in Elk Island Public Schools and he is excited about sharing his understanding of mental illness. Jeff delivers the point of view of what it's like to live and work with people who are mentally ill. His belief is that a better understanding of mental illness can help everyone succeed.
