Instructional leadership is one of the key roles an administrator embodies in a school, as we help facilitate teachers’ professional learning through processes such as WOCs (Walk, Observe, Collaborate) and PLCs (Professional Learning Communities). We will share our journey (so far) in supporting teaching learning as we have shifted our focus from the “content” (what teachers are talking about) to the “process” (how teachers are talking about it). We are empowering teachers to engage in systematic inquiry, responsive to the needs of students. Insight into our celebrations and challenges will be offered with time for Q&A.
