Our leadership team is currently in our third year of implementing a collaborative generative leadership model focused on embodying visionary leadership and strong supportive collegial relationships among staff and stakeholders focused on our vision of inspiring success for every student every day. This generative leadership model is contingent on three key aspects:

• Strategic Planning – Engagement of staff and stakeholders in a shared vision and mission;
• Fiduciary Responsibilities – Assurance that all staff are knowledgeable and accountable as professionals;
• Generative Practices – Optimization of the talents and skills within our organization and stakeholders to build leadership capacity, resiliency, and organizational efficacy at all levels.
